It was a premier lounge suit and was very expensive furnitire that was manufactured per our requirements. We were told by the Sales person and later on the manager Sharon Burts that if we put in the order and paid for the furniture before in may then we would get a 7 day holiday. All of this is in writing and on this basis we paid for the lounge suit and concluded the deal. The 7 day holiday was a primary Driver and material reason for us purchasing from INSPIRE FURNITURE as we were looking at other companies and options as well. </span></div> </div> <div> </div> <div>The trouble then started in July when they started messing us around with the delivery times. There were numerous complaints about load shedding etc. which caused a delay but afer much pressure from us, they finally delivered our furniture in July.</div> <div> </div> <div>Unfortunately it doesn't stop and Inspire Furniture **** to us and grossly misrepresented their company. I am disgusted by the level of lies this company speaks and they are supposed to be a large company with branches in JHB and CPT. I am in shock of the level of unprofessionalism displayed and clear dishonesty and ********** behaviour. Sharon Burts has sent us numerous messages committing to INSPIRE FURNITURE honouring the deal and offer that we were made and subsequently accepted but nothing g happened.</div> <div> </div> <div>We are still fighting for the holiday and the National Manager and a supposed share holder Chad Botha is also unbelievable. He has emailed us over five times promising to send us the holiday vouchers on the same day of his emails but to date nothing has come. Chad Botha is a serial **** and I urge EVERYONE READING THIS COMPLAINT to becareful and NOT be conned by this company. This is virtually theft as we were ******* and conned into buying the furniture as we have not recieved what we paid for.. We purchased the furniture due to the holiday offer and now they are avoiding us and lying about us getting the holiday. </div> <div> </div> <div>We have everything on email to colloborate the above thus we are seeking legal council to claim compensation for what we are being cheated out of. We have also started the process of engaging with the CONSUMER PROTECTION COUNCIL AS INSPIRE FURNITURE RENTAL AND SALES CAN'T ROB PEOPLE AND LIE AND CHEAT.</div> <div> </div> <div>This is clearly nothing short of *****ing and gross misrepresentation.</div> <div> </div> <div>Becareful and do not get cheated by INSPIRE FURNITURE Rental and Sales. </div> <div> </div>
