Dissatisfied

We are extremely disappointed in the facility. Since we as a family joined, we only had issues. There is absolutely no control over members that is NOT using towels! When you train, u expect the next machine to be dry and NOT dripping from some else's sweat! We had numerous requests but nothing has been done about it. 2 months into our contracts we realized that more han half of the cardio equipment is in such a bad state that u will injure yourself!! Its been just past 3 months and the equipment is still out of order!! We are paying the fees for a full membership and expect to be able to use the full facility!!
