ITS A HOAX

They issue emails that are targeted to orphans, to "offer them funding ". When one sends the email, it either bounces or they don't get back to you. The messages has been doing rounds for more than 3 years. I don't know where people get the time and audacity to play with people like this, knowing very well that people really need help.
