Inspecto signed COCs for a not functioning house - avoid.
Please avoi d; we bought a house who'se electricity and water COC was done by Inspecto and we are struggling with leaking taps, DV board issues, elec meter giving an error after their "inspection", and many more. I am open to sharing photos and their responses if needed by anyone. I would NOT recommend them; other plumbers are shocked that any house never mind a home in Durbanville WC was given signed COCs in this condition. Inspecto are not taking responsibility, skirting the lines of minimum required and reasonable working order like politicians and refraining from any repairs unless we pay them more - other plumbers in the area have warned us against this as the standard is below parr and likely to break again soon. I do not recommend using this company as the house is not functional despite them signing the COCs. I wish my house's condition on each of their houses, as it's not livable to not give someone a toilet or washing machine tap in not functioning order.
