Worst experience buying a vehicle.

I am truly dissapointed in the service I received from Inspecta Car Pretoria North. The sales person with the name Mike has made alot of promises that was not kept. I bought a vehicle from them , went to collect my vehicle and when I got home (please note I stay in Thabazimbi which is far from Pta North) had we realised that the sparewheel was not on the vehicle. I phoned the sales person and informed him about this , he said sorry and that they forgot to put it back after cleaning the vehicle. I then went to get my numberplates and was then informed that the vehicle had not been put through the test. I had to send the vehicle back as they had forgot to do this as well at my own expense and they wanted me to take off from work because of their mistakes. I now have the sparewheel and the vehicle was put through the test but there is no socket for the lock nut in the vehicle to be able to change the wheel and no tool to get the sparewheel down. This was also promised about two months ago. I have not heard from them since. They asked me to go to the nearest VW branch which is 150km away from me to buy the tools at my own expense which they will then refund me for, so basically I have to drive 300km (to the branch and back) at my own expense , buy tools at my own expense and then I have to trust them that will they refund me for the tools I bought after they have still not reimbursed me for the diesel that was used to send the vehicle back to Pretoria to get it through the test as promised. I will not be refunded for the diesel used to get to the VW branch , they will then only refund the tools . Till today they have not called again. I honestly have never been so dissapointed in my life as it seems I have to pay to fix all their mistakes and they forgot about the after sale service and their client. I am sure that I will never use them to buy a vehicle again.
