Worst Car Salesman EVER

I am truly appalled by the lack of service from a certain salesman, he NEVER gave any feedback, i had to phone him every time to request feedback and then you can barely hear him as it sounds like he is mumbling, i spoke to his Manager who was very helpful and gave him direct instructions on what he must do and what he must prioritize, which obviously went in one ear and out the other, i have given up on this salesman as he is the worst i have ever come across, the F&I Lady and the Sales Manager is very friendly and helpful, thanksto them we got everything sorted
