Worst aftersale service

In November 2016 i bought a Prado Vx from them, Before delivery i complaint about the aircon not cooling down, The dealer had it re-gassed and i took delivery of vehicle. 4 Days later aircon is not cooling down, I contacted the salesman (Vusi) and report the issue. He said take it to an agent and get a quote for the repair. Im staying in Polokwane that is 280km away from Pretoria. So i couldn't just bring the car back to dealer to sortout. Toyota Polokwane advise me that the car needs to be striped to find the leak. After 2 days at toyota they advise me the leak was under the coolerbox and the new seals and labour cost R2000. I then phoned Inspectacar Gezina and ask them to sortout payment. After a big fight with Mohammed i realize i wont get any money for the repair. I paid the money from my own pocket because i need the vehicle. In the first week of December i forward the License and number plate cost to them for my re-fund it was about R500, Its now Mid January almost 6weeks later, still no re-fund. What is truely amizing is the fact that they charge you R6000 admin fee but cant re-fund the part of admin you actually did for them. I hope there is people that reads this before considering to buy i vehicle at this dealership. At this stage this bad report is more worth to me than the R500 refund for my license.
