Vehicle delivered with No Spare key and no service book

<p>I bought a VW Polo 2013 in December from Inspectacar Aksons Pietermaritzburg Chatterton Road endorsed by Wesbank, I am disappointed that it has taken almost 6 months and still no service book and I have taken the vehicle for service without the book that was promised . With regards to the spare key it took 4 months for them to give me a key that does not consist of the mobiliser (was given golf 1 key)and the fact that such key(no my spare key) was going to be given to me was not communicated. I had already left the vehicle for two different days just for them to make the key ,first time I left it nothing was done and they requested for another day only to receive a key without a mobiliser(Golf 1 key) . I have communicated to their customer care and the response was the management is in contact with me in sorting out the matters of which was not true, as I was the one calling them and they will say they will call me back and nothing to this day. The matter is still not sorted and this is the indication of the customer compliant service is not functioning and no follow up is done for matters reported.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is super disappointing and they should not get away with this to any customer</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
