Unprofessional Butch who focuses on sales

I bought a car in inspectacar Gezina, in June, paid deposit of R30000, and I asked the sales person for spare key and central locking remote, was promised that I would get my spare key in about a week,the sales Person was Vusi, okay I waited I then came back in about a week to fix radio speakers that was not working, I still did follow up on the keys, I then spoke to the manager Mr Moolo, who advised me to write an email, I did that same day the were fixing my car for speakers and brakes, after receiving my email, he responded by saying he will take the matter up, the person who does spare keys has passed on years ago and its not my problem, he does not understand why Vusi told me that, but he will assist, a month later, I wrote him again follow-up email, he responded by saying they have looked at my deal I have to pay R30000 first, I responded by saying that money was paid before the even released my car, then I called him as he did not reply to my email after my response, he then said I must call Joan who will help me I tried call this Joan with no success, so I'm still waiting with no help, speaker of 1 side of my car still not working, I feel they bunch of looses, once they done with deals they don't care...all they car about is sales, not caring of clients satisfaction...
