Traded vehicle still on sellers name after a year

My wife purchased a Hyundai i20 in February 2014 and traded her Renault Scenic in on the deal. When she wanted to renew her license now she found that the Renault was still on her name and cannot renew her license. We approached the dealership and they only blamed the sale rep who sold us the vehicle and said they will give us a Permit and will get it sorted. The Permit expired and still nothing was done. They gave us another Permit and that one is also bound to expire now and still no license. I contacted Bakkies the owner/manager and he said they will sort it after I threatened to S**** the Renault off the road and then suddenly the Renault was removed off my wife's name. They told us the license is done they are just waiting for the guy to deliver it and it was agreed on Monday 30/03/15 to collect but when we look on the system today after no response, there is still a penalty payable and the license is still not renewed as they said they will get their guy to sort it for us. I also had a bad experience with a vehicle I bought from them and I WILL NEVER SUPPORT OR REFER ANYONE TO USE THEM EVER!!!! Ridiculously POOR service!
