The Cars Radio and Headlight no working

I bought a VW Polo 6 on the 24 of October 2014,the radio was not playing Cd's and headlight were not working ,I took the car back to the dealership the next day I was given the run around,I went back on the 09 february 2015,I was to get the radio fixed the radio then i would be refunded,I had to take it to VW dealership to be fixed,I was told I had replace it,I told Mohammed rep**** by telling me he will take out radio from the one of the cars that people are trading in,wich is not fair , I bought a car with a original radio,I think the treatment iam receiving as a client is not fair,because iam paying for a car that iam not enjoi
