Sold a vehicle to us that was not road worthy

I Mr JDA Kruger ID nr *** recently purchased a vehicle through MFC on the 28th Oct 2014. The vehicle was delivered from Klerksdorp inspecta car. On the 3rd day we find that the right hand front cv joint was defected and the vehicle was delivered with 3 same brand tires and one completely different profile and size tire fitted to the left rear side. When I mentioned this to the dealer he said that I must not worry about the tire.<br> <br> After various on different occasions I communicated my concerns with the dealership it is now one month since we took ownership of the vehicle and nothing has been done to repair the above mentioned defects. My question is how did the vehicle pass a road worthy test with a defect cv joint as well as different size tires.<br> <br> Seeing that I am a valued customer of MFC I would just like to know is it the correct procedure to pay over R200.000.00 for a vehicle that is not in my opinion suppose to be road worthy.<br> <br> Kindly advise me of the method I must follow to avoid giving this vehicle back to the bank and stop my payment.<br> <br> I would like to resolve this in a decent manor.<br> <br> Contact details: Riaan Kruger ***<br> Email: [Email Removed]<br>
