Snake-oil salesmen

I bought an A180 on 21 April 2015. A few days later I discovered the following issues: bonnet release catch missing and the alignment and balancing was bad. I took the car back and it took 2 days to sort out the bonnet catch. 1 more day to sort out alignment and balancing (which was still not fixed), so I took the car myself to get this done at a personal expense of R530.<br> They forgot to do the licensing, so I was now driving with an ******* vehicle. Again I did this myself. I was promised that the money would be refunded, one week later I am still waiting. I was just told that they are waiting for the previous owner to pay them. This is not my problem
