Refund

Under are challenges • I bought the above vehicle on the 22 August 2017 from Inspect a car in Pretoria and it was on 77 plus kilometres. And I traded my vehicle (Chev Sonic 1.4) to them worth R 70 000.00 • Their vehicle was okay up until the following morning (23 August 2017) when I start the vehicle, there was noise coming from the engine. And I reported the matter to Mr. Mahumad Moola via email on the same day (23 August 2017). • He told me to send the vehicle to Bosch Service instead of VW. • I went to Bosch service, and they told me to bring the car on the 24th August 2017. They asked me to leave the car with them so that they can hear that sound tomorrow morning. • Their finding was that the vehicle did not have Oil. • In the following morning (25 Aug 2017), again that noise still occurs even now. • When I press accelerator & leave it for a couple seconds, the same sound still is till happening. • One of the challenges is that the vehicle’s BREAK PADS expired. • If Bosch did full inspection, then they should have noticed that the BREAK PADS expired. • Bosch sent Inspection letter after four days of Inspection • One of the challenges is Petrol Consumption. • Ever since I bought the car, I’ve already spend more than R 3 000.00 on gas within three weeks. Petrol is ****ing my pockets (Can’t afford to it anymore). • I went to Inspect a car yesterday (06 September 2017) to ask them about the matter and they told me that It’s NOT their problem. I must talk to the bank and not them. • That is when I called WESBANK for assistance because no one was unable to assist me. • The following day, 07 September 2017, I decided to send the vehicle to VW but Ms. Patience Ramanugu from Wesbank contacted & told me that I should not send the vehicle to VW with the Dealer’s approval, and then I withdraw. • They (Bank) told me that they will investigate the matter • I haven’t received a formal letter from the bank regarding their Investigations • They (Dealer) said I must leave their premises • Honestly, I’m not happy with the service received from Inspect A car & Vehicle a car Itself reason being: • I’m scare if something happened to the vehicle, I’m the responsible for those costs • I’m not free & I felt Cheated and treated unfairly • Currently (from Saturday afternoon (14 October 2017 until to date), The vehicle has two warning signs that shows that the vehicle has faulty somewhere on the engine. • The vehicle is currently at Bosch since yesterday (16 October 2017). • I have already written and sent two letters of termination to Inspect A car and the bank, but they never accepted them. • I have all the conversation with Inspect A Car and the Bank regarding the matter. And now the vehicle has a problem of gearbox of which the dealer told me that it's my fault hence I've been trying ask the Dealer to send the vehicle to Volks Wagen for Inspection (If there are certain parts that needs to be replayed) instead of Bosch. Quotation of the vehicle is more tha R 39 000.00 BELOW are Details of the Vehicle & Sales Manager of Inspectacar Description of Vehicle: • Description of Vehicle: Volkswagen Golf IV GTI 2.0 TSI DSG • Year: 2012 • Engine Number: CCZ205299 • Chassis Number: WVWZZZ1KZCW140007 • Colour: White

Details of the Dealer • Contact Person: Mr. Mohammed Moola (Sales Manager) • Telephone Contact: ********** /1 • Cell Number: ********** • Fax: ********** • Email address: **********
