Rather inspect your InspectaCar vehicle

I bought a Nissan Navara from InspectaCar - Derrick Roodt motors. I traded in my immaculate volvo s60. I received a bakkie that was accident damaged and behind on services. The sales person took a R2000 "holding deposit" from me. The dealership claims that they know nothing about the R2000 and refuse to refund it. I send the bakkie back to them and asked them to replace the vehicle or take it back. The deralership was very unresponsive so I opted to contact Phillipa Bailey, the franchice manage. She was not helpfull at all and send me to the same dead-end I started at. Inspectacar is not the home of pre-loved cars, it is just the home of deadends and bad bad service.

Good day
Thank you for sharing your concerns affording us the opportunity to respond. We have been in contact with you and believe that the dealership has offered to attend to the issues raised on the vehicle. Please communicate with them further should you have any further issues.

I have been trying relentlessly to communicate with them and get no response. Is this the excellent after sales service you promise? And the contact from you was a 1liner from Phillipa saying the dealership will help me. Of they helped me do you think I would have contacted you or write a report on hellopeter?
