Poor service and Bad car

We bought a vehicle form them had no service book, spare key or backboard. Struggled more than a month to get service books , vehicle skipped two services and cam belt service. Last serviced 2013, car dies at robot , no power and problem with suspension. Branch ignores mails, took it to ombudsman.
