Poor service

A huge disappointment from one of the big brands in the motor industry. I recently purchased a car at Inspectacar Gezina. Firstly the car failed at the 101 test because of a faulty head light, however the car was delivered to me without the light being repaired. To make matters worse inspectacar manager wanted to cancel the deal because of the cost involved in repairing the light. Secondly, I only drove the car one day and the water pump blew up which happened on a Friday evening. Stuck the whole weekend without a car, no means made by manager. Monday morning I had to get my own tow truck, tow the vehicle to the nearest repair center. The car was at the workshop until Thursday, inspectacar manager refusing to pay workshop. I ended up going to the dealership in Gezina to collect my old car which I traded in and cancelled the deal. The branch manager was discourteous with NO business ethics or whatsoever. When the branch manager realized I was serious about cancelling the deal he then came back to his senses and started apologizing and offering a courtesy car after 6 days and offered to give me R6000 for the inconvenience, which I declined. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.
