Poor customer service and after sales service-Icar Gezina

I bought a car from Icar Gezina. When driving the car at 130kms p/h it was shakiglng, Mags were bent, rear shocks were finished, thats according to how the car was after taking it to Hi-q to check what the issue was. I spoke to my salesperson about the issues, he could only assist with the Mags, and not the tyres. I complained for weeks without any help from them. Now finally spoke to the General manager who told me I was given a discount and they cannot help with the tyres and that I drove the car for weeks with the tires as they were, as if I bought the car to go park it. I complained immediately after taking the car and when I took it back, they were supposed to change the tires but chose not to, now they telling me roadworthy passed the car. Same roadworthy that failed to pick up shocks,and the tyres.

They are now using technicalities against me. Their after sales services is extremely poor and I will not encourage anyone to buy a car from them.
