Poor after service

Inspectacar Pretoria north (cargiant) Ive bought a car in January from above mention dealer. contract was been filled in and all cost were incl like car registration and licensing. After receiving the car on delivery at my house I ask the sales person what about my new license disk and number plates cause I live in MP and not Gauteng in witch his rep**** to me was as Im living outside the borders of Gauteng it is my own responsibility. I ask him why did they ask me then I licensing fee of X amount if they don't do it. He could give me a clear answer that made any sense. The answer was that if you stay outside you pay R 2000 and if you stay in Gauteng you pay R 3000. Ive been emailing the dealer principal Jaco in regarding this situation. Asking him why I paid the R2000 if they not going to come and do it. Also told them im willing to go and do it myself if they pay back my R 2000 or give me a clear reason why they charge the money if they not doing it. Untill today still waiting for my licinse disk and number plates or explanation in why I paid the money
