Partially not Happy with service I Received from InspectaCar Gezina

I bought a car at InspectaCar in Gezina and everything was rushed as the guy that I was interested on,most people wanted it. So my problem is that the dealer didn't disclose that the car was damaged at the back and also mfc nedbank is not aware, now I am thinking of reporting it. Still waiting for the spare key and everything when I call they give stories that they still busy with other new clients and now I am the one suffering in that process. They are making the process of buying a used car not so attractive as they are many issues that they are not disclosing when selling those cars. So am I still protected against this company and what steps I should take to ensure that my problems are resolved. I paid an insurance cover for the car that I was not using and I requested the dealer to refund me but they are refusing as the car was with them for more than 3 weeks claiming that they are fixing it. Please resolve my issue as I didn't know buying from was going to be a nightmare.
