Not able to provide vehicle registration papers

I have bought a vehicle from above mentioned dealership Novemberr 2014 after seeing it advertised on the
Internet. I traded in my old vehicle for this one. The dealership has till date not been able to supply me with
the vehicle registration papers. Apparantly they are not able to retrieve it from the previous owner. I have
requested the deal to be cancelled but with no success. They have constantly let us beleive that they were sorting it out and even told me at one stage that the prevous owner gave them concent to draw the NATIS, but after a week could still not provide the documents. They have now also done repairs on the traded in vehicle amounting to R14 000.00 without my prior knowledge or concent, after they never test drove the
vehicle before buying it from me.
It is unthinkable that a respected dealership advertise a vehicle on the internet and have the vehicle on their floor that is not legit.
