Nonpayment

Lack of business ethics interms of not delivering what is due to the consumer/customer. I bought a car with them, and brought in a customer to also buy a car with them, and a “spotters fee” of R10000 was agreed upon. The customer bought the car but the dealership is failing to pay me, saying the client has a lot of complaints about the car he bought so they can’t pay me. What does bringing them clients have to do with whats faulty in the car they sell?
