Never Ever Buy A Car With InspectaCar Steering Auto (Benoni) - Thank me later

I regret having to step into that dealership (InspectaCar Steering Auto Benoni) and buying my first car with them because it has been over 3 months of horror.

I got the car on the 5th of August 2020 and just after seven days (12th of August) the vehicle broke down and I got a towing company to take it back to the dealership the very same day.

From that point on I had to listen to excuse after excuse until I got back the car just last Friday (23 October 2020).

So upon getting the car back and driving back home a check engine light came on and to make matters worse after parking the car there was an engine oil leak, that was just it for me! I took the car back immediately the following day and told them that I have been very patient with them and I am really tired of having to deal with them, all I want is them to cancel the deal and refund the bank, they then said that I should wait for Monday (yesterday) so that the owner can contact me lol that never happened.

So today I called them to ask about the refund and they invented a story that its "the end of the month and that they have a lot of payments to make so I should wait until they are done with that."

How is that my business? I have waited so long for the car to get fixed now I have to wait for only God knows when to get my refund. I am really angry and will never recommend anyone to buy a car from InspectaCar my next steps are to seek legal advice because I am car-less and stuck with this dealer.
