Mini Cooper 2006 Model 104500.00

on the 29.01.15, we went to buy a car that we saw on the Website Mini Cooper S 2006 Model Cream Beige, when we got there the Price of the Vehicle was still the same but wasn't stated on the Advert that these additional Fees 3500.00 for Roadworthy, 1500.00 Change of Ownership, we didn't ague as we liked the car we made a cash payment Via EFT of 102000.00, when we quieried that we can take the car to Roadworthy ourself they said they were not allowed to release the car without roadworthy which we agreed, they called us to fetch the car gave us Roadworthy certificate, everything was perfect on the report, when we got home the back light was not working, there was no oil in the car, I had to drive through to the garage to put in 4 Cartoon of oil as the car didn't even have a drop of oil, Monday the car started to make a funny noise like diesel car, we took it in on Tuesday,03.02.15 we got it back on the 05.02.15 saying everything is perfect, sunday the noise started again very loud this time,09.02.15 we took it in again they refused to take it in, they refuse to help us, they don't want to hear anything from us we haven't even had the car for a week this is happening
