Life threating expierience

i bought a BMW 2018 model used vehicle from Inspecta Car Centurion for cash, there was repairs done the vehicle that looked as if it was done by a group of novelists that experimented with the vehicle, they sprayed part of the side mirror twice in three weeks and it still has "fish eyes" non the less i gave up and said to leave it as is for i will rather pay and do it properly. they replaced the front left headlight and did not replace all the parts, the vehicle seemed to be in a massive front smash with "Pirate parts" the wheels was refurbished and to our surprise old damaged tyres was replaced, we had problems with the right tyre that kept on deflating and it was found to be the valve, the left tyre back did the same thing only to find for our surprise that the rim is cracked and was temporally fixed for a period of time. this is a major risk for our lives as my wife and kids are the primary drivers of this vehicle. numerous attempts and promises was made to correct the above issues except for the part of the cracked rim, if i had to speak to them again concerning this i will flip. it is by far my worst experience i have ever recieved when purchasing a vehicle.
