Inspector car gezina

InspectorCar gezina, the worst car dealer ship I have yet to meet... they are quick to make a sale and the after sales service is pure ***...

Bought a F20 118i, delivered on the 28th of February, three days later the was a squeaky sound from the wheels, took them weeks to let me know that I can bring the car in after I reported to tah(salesman) 3 days after delivery, took the car in, they claimed that if the skimmed the disks it'll be fine... days later the sound is persisting, then I got told that I should car to BMW for a quality check since is still under their warranty. Get to BMW, to my surprise the car is under the previous owner's name, meaning that inspector car gezina did not take the car to BMW for a quality check and name change... it's procedure, it's supposed to be done before the car is delivered. Met ofentse from BMW Centurion who very kind and made phone calls to inspector car gezina only to be met with rudeness and attitude by Lee, Mohamed, Duke, and some FNI lady who sounded indian/colored and refused to disclose her name... ofentse was take pillar to post, until johan said they make the payment for thr name change so that a quality check is done and claimed on the warranty under the new name... it's day 3 as I type, without a car, bmw has worked on it because johan had said its will be paid, still awaiting proof of payment before BMW can release the car to me... utter nonsense, and unacceptable!
