Inspectacar no after sales service

I bought a ford ranger from inspectacar pretoria north and still waiting on the remote key I only received the spare key and they said they will order me a new one I got them a quote from ford and a estimated time of arrival, still waiting on feedback and this is going on for more than 3 months also the rubber rising is pealing off and I asked them about it and they said they will find out and let me know , I feel it was a mistake buying a car from them and that once they recieved your money there is no after sales service
