Inspectacar Kempton Park the worst dealership

I was sold an AUDI A5 in June 2017. While i was driving the car in Feb this year it started making a grinding sound and it stopped moving. I called AUDI road assist to come tow it. At AUDI Polokwane they inspected the car and told me that the left strut was broken and it was due to an accident. I told them that i was never involved in an accident. They said they cant fix it and i should take it up with the dealership who sold me the car. I have been communicating with the dealer and they refuse to come and inspect the car which is in Mokopane. They refuse to give me proper feedback as to any way forward. I have been speaking to the manager David and requesting to get feedback because they have sold me a car that has been in an accident without disclosing and most recently he is ignoring my calls
