InspectaCar Gezina trash treatment of customers!!!!

I purchased a vehicle at InspectaCar Gezina in March 2020, i was then provided a temporary permit and since lockdown happened there was no way to get the license disc and license plates ok granted. Once the lockdown regulations were eased (August 2020) I contacted the dealership so i could get an updated disc and number plates or documentation so i could do the process of registration myself but i have been sent from pillar to post with no response at times. The disrespect from a manager who was asked to assist but has since ignored emails

This was covered in the price of the vehicle but i am willing to do it myself since there has been no proper direction. The dealership is ignoring even my plea to get the required documents so this can be done. The way they have treated me as a client is disgusting, even now i have a new vehicle which was paid for but cannot drive it anywhere due to the expired permit and no documentation to register it.
