InspectaCar Gezina Pretoria

Good day, I regret to inform you of my bad experience I had at Inspecta Car Gezina, after applying for a A class merc A*** which was going for R299000 last week Thursday 30 July 2020 and got a call from Vusi(Sales Consultant) on Tuesday 4 August 2020 that the application was approved, I then got a call later that day from a lady in the finance department confirming the approval and she discussed the interest rate options which I agreed on, to cut a long story short I then contacted Vusi on Wednesday 5 August 2020 to inform him I'm coming through after work and said I'll be there around 4h30. Just as I left home after picking my wife up to go sign and collect Vusi called me to inform me that someone sold the car but he insisted I should still come through as his trying to fight, when we got to the dealership in Gezina the car was still on the floor and according to Vusi the manager sold the car and there was nothing he could do! The client who "bought" the car arrived by the dealership after us! The manager then came to apologize but showed no remorse although he made promises that they will adjust the prices for any car we choose on the floor and by the way this has not been put in writing, he further more explained that his client has signed online! I am very unhappy, this is very bad service!!!!!
