Inspectacar Gezina fails AGAIN.
I bought my car and collected on 31 Oct 2020. The car had a temporary permit that expires 20 Nov 2020. On 1 Nov 2020 I followed up with Mokgadi at InspectaCar Gezina and she confirmed that she will process my registration and advise accordingly. I have an email to that effect. It’s 30 Nov, my temp permit AND car disc have expired and I am being told that I need to drive the vehicle to Gezina from Johannesburg, in my own time, for the car to do a roadworthy test and I assume to register the car. I work 8-5 Monday to Saturday. A service failure requires me to be inconvenienced. No accountability or apology. Zero.
