Inspectacar Cityside Motors

Hi I purchase a vehicle December 2021 From Cityside Motors. Since then it has been a absolute nightmare. Vehicle repairs agreed upon in sale not done, I actually received the vehicle in worse condition before it went in. Only some of the agreed cosmetic work was done. I had to replace kidney grill at my own cost, that the body shop broke. The front wheels were bent and not repaired as agreed. I repaired at my own cost. The vehicle was sold to me as a one owner car with full franchise service history. This was not the case when I checked with BMW SA. The last record was in 2017 with dealer. With the vehicle lacking the proper history I believe I was also overcharged, the deciding factor on this purchase was the fact that it was supposed to be a one owner car with full franchise history. Mohammed only told me last week that the car came from auction ? The licencing and registration I also had to do as well as the roadworthy had to be redone. This was billed and part of the original sale, yet again another cost I had to carry. So the list goes on. I have submitted all invoices to Mohammed but I am getting a run around. He claims he has given the info to his boss Shakil Carrim an he is not paying it. It is now four months later and I am no further. I have gone as far as having the cosmetic work done at my own cost with a body shop that I trust when I am ready. I have never experienced anything like this in 20 years with the last 7 cars that I have bought. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from them
