Inspecta car Lifestyle centurion ****mers

Bought a vw polo from inspecta car lifestyle centurion dealt with wikus lessing. Collected the car on 29 Aug 2023 drove for 120 km red low oil engine light came on and the engine stopped working. Phone wikus saying there is a problem he says a engine diagnostics will fix the problem. Inspecta car did not arrange for a tow in because they do not work late. I have to make a plan my self. Wikus says I have a warranty I must just cliam back on it. I wanted to return the car but no phone calls back from him or his manager. Took the car to uave the engine assessed. Found three pistons cracked. Warranty insurance will not cover it as it was preexisting damage. Informed Wikus of the damage via whatsup as they do not take my phone calls Still No phone calls back. Do not buy cars from them, they sell broken cars and walk away.
