Inferior quality product and bad after sales service

I bought a range rover sport 2010 in July 2016 cash from steering auto, the kilometres were good for the price but the vehicle had unseen defects which to me they hoped i would pick that up before their guarantee days ended. It was said the vehicle was recently serviced which was not, all breakpads were warn out, the control arms were badly damaged, USB port did not work, the bonnet switch was defective, tryes were worn. Took it back and had to stay 3 days on their loan car which was given to me without petrol and on collection only front break pads were replaced which were embarrassingly noise and still are even after 1500 KM, complained about other defects which when I went back they told me they don't have a loan car but I should leave the car even when they promised that a loan car is their competitive advantage to competitors (told this as their sales pitch from their sales manager). Even after complaing to inspectacar franchise manager I was promised that they will pick up the vehicle which is now more than a week and half but no one bothers to call (I wonder if the sales manager knows anything about after sales service, word of mouth marketing or customer retention). I ended up fixing my vehicle at my own cost, I hoped to buy 3 vehicles for my company but now, I will take my business elsewhere.
