Incredible customer service

I recently went into the market to purchase myself a new vehicle and was shocked at the levels of service I was receiving from 99% of the Dealerships out there. That was until I met Derick Smith and his team at Inspectacar Wonderboom. It is not often that you get to meet a business owner who takes such pride in his business and also in the level of service he offers his clients. I was helped through a very unpleasant situation with another dealer that sold the car I had bought out from underneath me and left with no vehicle and no prospect of finding another car. Derick spent countless hours and weeks searching for the right vehicle for me and eventually after over a month of back and forth managed to find the car that I wanted. He prepared the deal and the new vehicle in record time and managed to deliver the vehicle in record time. Natacha the Business Manager, Ruan the Sales Exec and Derick the Owner all deserve praise for their careful attention to detail and willingness to make the deal beneficial to both of us.
