Icargezina is the worst dealership and the managers have a stinking attitude.

Bought a car from the dealership through a referral of a friend on the 28th of June n it was delivered to me that day around 18:00 so I only did the inspection the following day only to find that the vehicle had mechanical issues and defects and I reported them to the sales person who was assisting me the he told me to speak to his sales manager by the name of Mohammed n the after sales manager by the name juan, I was requested to bring the vehicle back to dealership which I did on the 4th of July 2023 and since then no one phoned me with a proper feedback on what is happening so now am trying to cancel the deal but the dealership is giving me run around. So I bought a s**** basically cos ever since I bought the car it has been at the workshop and the managers have a stinking attitude, they don’t care about customers and their rights all they want is ur damn money icargezina is a **** i wouldn’t refer anyone trust me. They treat customers as if they are doing them a favour
