WHATEVER YOU DO OR WHATEVER BULLSH*T THEY TELL YOU DON'T BUY FROM INSPECTACAR GEZINA!!!!!!!! we bought a BMW 320d-msport from them in july 2018 In the process of buying the car i asked the salesman IS THIS CAR ACCIDENT FREE ""YES SIR NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT AND ITS ACCIDENT FREE""(GOT IT ON MESSAGES AS WELL FROM SALESMAN) when we picked up the car i was told the car had a major service done the day before including brakes as well and new tires. the day of the insurance inspection the lady told us that this car has been resprayed and i should take the car for a polish strip. After that you could clearly see the body putty on this car. Front right fender Front right door Rear right door Rear Fender And Rear bumper. a mail was sent with attached photos of the useless bodywork on this car i was ignored i phoned 3 days later and i was told to contact the after sales guy. i did that. i told this guy about our problem and he said yes yes he will sort it out no problem the next day he phoned me and told me that he and the panel beater will come and see me but for now i must wait because he doesn't have a car for me to use while they work on my car. i told him its fine let me know when you can get it sorted meanwhile one week after the car was picked up i reported to the salesman that the aircon is not working and the wheel lock nut is missing and if i get a flat i cant change the wheel. so everyday i was promised that it will be sorted out but nothing was done it was ignored for a month and then suddenly a warning light on the dash (please check rear brakes and sensors) back brakes was finish and according to them it was replaced (NO IT WAS NOT) i phoned them and told them and they made empty promises like always Saturday i was sick and tired of this bull**** and i went to the inspectacar gezina branch to go sort out this ****. the so called MOHAMMED was there and told me yes yes how can we sort this out we must sort this out i told him about all the problems and everything he told me no wait for Juan he will sort you out Juan told me the same story about the car that he needs to get so that he can take my car. I ASKED HIM WHAT PANEL BEATER IS GOING TO FIX THIS CAR he gave me a persons name i told him this must be repaired trough a bmw panelbeater not a backyard panel beater subject was changed and i saw where this was going BUT STILL NO BRAKE AND STILL NO LOCK-NUT TO REMOVE THE WHEELS!! SO I TOLD JUAN I CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO GET THIS SORTED OUT AND I WILL GET IT SORTED AND THEY WILL REFUND ME YES WE WILL REFUND YOU DO IT!!! SO I WENT TO ZAMBEZI BMW TO BUY A NEW SET OF LOCK-NUTS AND WENT TO MIDAS TO BUY NEW BACK BRAKES AND A SENSOR WAS PROMISED TODAY THAT THEY WILL REFUND ME TODAY AND I AM WAITING TO SEE. So the panel beater subject keeps on changing and i cant get a answer on what is the company's name that will repair my car emails was send to the owner one MOOLA and all the other people at this branch that states that my car will be repaired at a bmw panel beater and not the backyard panel beater that they keep on changing the subject on so my emails was ignored once again so when i phoned them today the ****y owner told me he will not repair my car and the manager told me that (they know their rights) just because i saw them coming they tried to repair my car trough a backyard panel beater and when i told them to use a bmw approved panel beater and then this owner got ****y with me over the phone. so we went to the legal department at absa and they wrote a letter for us to take the car for 3 quotes at registered bmw panel beaters and then take the emails and photos to the mio and a attorney (got a contract from inspectacar that states that there was no paintwork done or bodywork done on this car) act 52) short i will go visit the owner to see if he is as ****y in my face as he is on the phone! if you go read on the internet in the news you can some see the problems in the past same old same old..
