DO NOT RECOMMEND INSPECTACAR TO ANYONE!

We had a very bad experience with IspectaCar! We bought a vehicle CASH. After we asked for a discounted cash offer,they said that they will sell the vehicle to us for the same price and then they would pay for the registration and roadworthy test. How do you sell a vehicle and the customer has to put it through roadworthy? Before we purchased the vehicle,the salesman said that they will fix the added pannels on the vehicle,replace the 2 front tires and fix the heat cage. When my husband went to fetch the vehicle,nothing was done that was said except for the pannels that they fixed with double sided tape. We had the vehicle for 2 days when the pannel fell down. We then arranged for them to fix it and then halfway on my way home,it came off again because it was fixed with double sided tape AGAIN. My husband phoned the salesman 2 days ago and asked that everything needs to be fixed. InspectaCar came to pick up the vehicle only to bring it back 7 hours later with ONLY the pannel to be fixed again. No one in the office wants to help us and only provide us with empty promises! Today is the 7th day that we are driving the vehicle and if there is no professional help today,we will be returning the vehicle. We bought a vehicle at InspectaCar in Polokwane and had no problems. We are very disappointed in InspectaCar Gezina and would not recommend to anyone! #InspectaCarGezina
