Dissapointed

So i have bought a car from inspecta car pretoria north and i am so dissapointed... when i 1st queried about the car i was told that it has a gull service history yet they can not provide this to me we also agreed that once i take out the licence for the car (WHICH i also think is bull ) they will provide me with the number plates for the car its now been over a month and im still waiting . . . This is unexceptable ... sooo dissapointed in them
