CHEATED AT AKSONS INSPECTACAR IN PIETERMARITZBURG

<p>I bought a BMW 1series cabriole, 2010 model at Aksons inspectacar in Pietermaritzburg in February 2017. They said that the car is fully serviced yet it was last serviced in September 2014. The car started giving me problems a day after it was delivered to me. the breaks were making noise, one of the lights was not working, the battery died and i was stranded on two ocassions because the car would not start. i took the car to a BMW dealership and when the searched for the service record, the car was last serviced in 2014, it was due for a major service that will cost R13000. i contacted Aksons inspectacar and they promised to send proof of service for the car but i have not received it till now. they promised to register my car and send me registration plates and documents wich they have not sent. they promised to send me a spare key which they also have not sent.</p> <p>i am very disappointed in their service, i feel cheated, the car is parked in my garage, i am paying the bank for it but I cannot use it as it is not registered and has problems.</p>
