Car problems

Hello Peter I bought a car two months ago and now It has a mechanical problem so I took it back to the dealership. My problem is tried speaking to the owner about the courtesy car while my car is being fixed ,he simply told me he's not obliged to give me a car,whereas I told him I use the car everyday I don't have any other transport to use for work and I don't know how long it will take for the car to be fixed. Please help
