bougt a car but 1 key is faulty

hi <br> I recently have bought a car at Gezina branch Inspecta car, Hyundai I20 which was a smooth sail before the selling , the service was given to me was okay maybe because of the commission that the consultant was chasing...<br> <br> to cut the story short, the selling of the car was successful, i received everything including two keys of which 1 was faulty, faulty means when u start the car, the metal part of the key stayed in the ignition while the mobiliser car door opner remained in my hand.<br> <br> now i have reported to Vusi as he was the one who dealt with me, he promised to come take the keys 5weeks back and hasnt, now when i call him, he doesnt take my calls or hr just ignores me, i have pleaded with him on numerous occation but to no avail....please help
