Bought a Brocken AutoMobile

My brother and I bought a vehicle there on the 2nd of August 2019, when we test drove it we were unsatisied about the clutch and t,old the the owner Tahir, his father, the sales person Muhammed and mind you we had already paid for the vehicle as we thought it was good value for our money since it was clean inside out, after we told them about the faulty clutch, we noticed the spare key was broken and there was no service book, when we told the about these grieviences, we were told the problems are a quick fix, till today from the day of purchase the car has been parked in our yard, now all we are requesting is a refund so that we can put a deposit for rather a new car.
