bad service from Gezina Inspectacar
I bought a Ford Kuga in August and in November it started giving me problems. I got an indication that the water level was low. I took it to nearest petrol station only to find that the pipe from water bottle was disconnected. i towed the car to my place. the following day I took the car back to Inpectacar in Gezina and the guy by the name of Juan tried his means to tell me somebody must have disconnected the pipe and I asked him to prove it. he then asked me for the car keys and left the office, after a while he came back and told me he took the car to workshop and they have tested it and everything is ok. H also said he test drove the car and it is fine. I took the car and in January 2020 the problem started again about water level. I went to the nearest petrol station to fill water then drove the car. when I had to drive the car back home it was not starting and I thought it was a battery and asked some guy to jumpstart it but it still couldnt start and the guy chacked and told me it seems like it has mixed water with oil. I called inspectacar and they sent the towing truck to pick it up to their nearest workshop. I tried calling for follow up and Juan De Lange was not picking up. i went to them and he promised the car will be ready by the following week Friday. the following week Wednesday I called for follow up and was told it will be ready the following week which is now 2 weeks and I told them I cant afford to have no car for 2 weeks and juan was so rude and said he never promised me to get the car on any day and that he will instruct the mechanics to pack the car and he will deliver it to my place without a fix.
