Bad service complain

I bought a car at Inspectacar Gezina about 9 weeks ago and I'm very unhappy with their rotten service.... First I had to fight to get my registration plates (I had to drive 3 times to Pretoria from Soweto) They kept making empty promises.... Then they couldn't give me my spare key... When I called just last week I was told to go collect it but they gave me a demo..... Told them about and they said they'd get back to me.... I'm still waiting When I bought the car I was told it had been service and that everything is in order but this morning it had a warning sound (screen displayed service needed)

I no longer like this car because of their service mind you I paid in cash.... I don't owe them a cent!!!! I'm sick and tired of these guys because they even have the audacity to hangup on me.... Mohammed-Said he no longer works there but guess what he was there when I went to fetch the key... Duke-Supposed sales person who is *********** and downright rude John-Good at making empty promises and ignoring texts and WhatsApp messages
