Bad Customer Service/Care & Assistance

I am having a terrible customer care service from Inspectacar gezina. I bought a golf 7 GTi November 2019, hardly 2months into the deal the cars Turbo goes. I contacted them they agreed to pay for the repair of the vehicle, I got a quotation from VW Mc Carthy and shared it with them. They now avoiding my calls and keep postponing when I should take the car in, now they want to repair the car themselves with non-genuine parts from their own mechanics.
