Bad attitude from assistant FNI

I called InspectarCar Randbrg to speak to someone who can advise me on the recruitment for InspectaCar. The gentleman assisted me with a number for Tracey. I had called that number and unfortunately Tracey was busy and the assistant was very rude. All i wanted was to find out who can assist with the hiring of FNI's, she tells me "we are not looking for an FNI" with an attitude. I think for an FNI position you need to have proper people s****s and great customer service. I can only imagine what service she must be offering any client with that attitude. The most likely thing to say would be, there are no vacancies currently however you are most welcome to call back and speak to Tracey for future opportunities. If this is the calibre of staff , I can only imagine the service rendered at the dealership.
