Bad and good

I got bad service from the dealership manager mohammed he only care about selling cars to customers but after selling he start ill treating then ... i bought a car from his dealership and the sparewheel was messed up and when i text him about it he blocked me on whatsapp ...he didnt want to fix dents on my car

But in the same dealership there's a good guy called vicky .. very good customer service he called me and told me to come to the dealership and he organised me a brandnew tyre .. fixed my car dents and brakepads ... the guy is good for business and i thank him very much because it was hard .... mohammed is nothing but useless he will drag the business to the ground
