Bad after-sales service from Inspectacar Wonderboom Boss/Owner

I recently bought a vehicle from them AUDI A4, which is the second car that I bought through them, at first the experience and service was wonderful. This time around, the salesman was great, he's actually the reason I bought from them again, a few days later, after the vehicle was delivered at my house, I've found a few things on the vehicle that needed to be fixed, like a CD slot was not functional, the rear right hand side passenger door lock was tempered with, and when I called the salesman to explain, again he was as friendly as before and advised me to bring the vehicle in for after sales service, which is something they offer. On my arrival, the salesman requested permission from his boss to drop me off at work since the drivers were not yet at work, and the boss man refused point blank, and said I should take the vehicle to Audi myself and ask them to assist me, because it's still under motor plan. I had no other alternative but to leave, and later that morning I called again and the salesman said he'd spoken to their mechanic, he said I can bring it in. On my arrival, the mechanic assisted me and called Audi on my behalf and made a booking for the vehicle. I don't think I'll ever go and buy again at Inspectacar Wonderboom or refer someone there after the treatment I got from the boss man himself.
