Bad after sale service and Lies Lies

I purchase a a car with them on 31 of January we signed document which the sale man Jacques wrote on the MIO form that I will get my spare key on the 02/02/2018 since they don't keep spare keys in their premises. Till this day I don't have my spare. He told me straight that he don't have it and he is not liable to give me a spare key.

Very disappointing after sale service. Please Fellow south African when you buying a car from them check everything before you sign and leave with the car man things they promise to fix before you take the car after that you own your own and tell you that you bought a second hand car.
